摘要:
[摘要]目的：观察Q Max点阵调Q激光联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部雀斑疗效及安全性。方法：选取168例雀斑患者为研究对象，
随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各84例。其中治疗组给予Q Max点阵调Q激光联合冷藏胶原贴敷料治疗，对照组给予Q Max点
阵调Q激光和冰敷治疗，观察两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及满意率。结果：两组患者治疗效果均较好，其中治疗
组疼痛时间、红斑持续时间、结痂脱落时间均较对照组缩短，两组中部分患者均出现暂时性色素减退，治疗结束后3个月随
访，色素减退斑均恢复至正常肤色，两组患者总满意率均为100%。结论：Q Max点阵调Q激光联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部雀斑疗
效好，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Q Max fractinoal Q-switched laser combined with collagen dressing
for the treatment of facial freckles. Methods 168 patients with freckles were randomly divided into treatment group and control
group, 84 patients in each group. The treatment group received Q Max fractinoal Q-switched laser combined with refrigerated
collagen dressing, the control group received Q Max fractinoal Q-switched laser and cold compress treatment, the treatment
effect, adverse reactions and patient satisfaction rate were observed in both groups. Results Both of the groups achieved well
therapeutic effects, the pain time, erythema duration and scars shed time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the
control group, partial patients of two groups had temporary hypopigmentation. temporary hypopigmentation returned to normal
skin color 3 months after the end of treatment, and the total satisfaction rate of the two groups were 100%. Conclusion Q Max
fractinoal Q-switched laser combined with collagen dressing has good curative effect, less adverse reactions and and well worth
clinical application in the treatment of facial freckles.
