摘要:: [摘要]目的：评价miraDry治疗腋下多汗症与腋臭的疗效及安全性。方法：选择62例多汗症严重程度量表（HDSS）3～4级，腋
臭臭味程度3～4级的腋下多汗症及腋臭患者，均给予miraDry治疗，治疗后3、6个月进行随访或电话随访，评估治疗疗效，记
录患者满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果：所有患者治疗后3个月、6个月HDSS评分及腋臭臭味程度评分均较治疗前下降，差
异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。术后3个月及6个月随访，患者满意率分别为90.32%和93.55%。大部分患者出现肿胀、疼痛、红
斑及瘀青等局部不良反应，10d后消退，但均无严重不良反应发生。结论：miraDry能有效、持久地治疗腋下多汗症及腋臭，
安全可靠。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the miraDry for treating axillary hyperhidrosis and osmidrosis.
Methods Sixty-two patients with axillary hyperhidrosis or osmidrosis were enrolled, treated with the miraDry, and followed
up for three and six months. All subjects had axillary hyperhidrosis evidenced by Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale(HDSS)
ratings of 3 or 4 and osmidrosis also evidenced by odor grade ratings of 3 or 4. Procedure efficacy, subjects’satisfaction, and
treatment safety were assessed. The clinical records were reviewed and the subjects were interviewed individually at followup
visits via telephone. Results Unexceptionally, all subjects experienced reduction of Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity
Scale(HDSS) and odor grade, with statistically significant difference (P ＜0.05). The satisfaction rating was 90.32% at 3-month
follow-up and 93.55% at 6-month follow-up. There were local adverse reactions on the majority after the treatment, such as
edema, pain, erythema and bruises, which could be automatically eased in ten days without causing severe adverse reactions.
Conclusion The miraDry appears to be effective and well tolerated for the therapy of axillary hyperhidrosis and osmidrosis.
