[摘要]目的：通过VISIA皮肤测试仪定量评估APT570nm强脉冲光对皮肤光老化的治疗效果。方法：选取2017年9月-2018年6月
笔者医院整形外科门诊诊断为光老化并接受APT570nm强脉冲光治疗的女性患者31例，用VISIA皮肤测试仪检测治疗前后皮肤
斑点、纹理、皱纹、毛孔情况。结果：面部光老化患者经APT570nm强脉冲光治疗后，皮肤斑点值明显下降，差异有显著统计
学意义（P ＜0.01），纹理值、皱纹值下降，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：APT570nm强脉冲光对面部皮肤光老化有
显著的治疗效果，应用VISIA皮肤检测仪可以进行更加科学直观地评价。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective Quantitative evaluation of therapeutic effect of APT570nm intense pulsed light on skin photoaging
through VISIA skin tester. Methods In the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, 31 female patients who were
diagnosed as photoaging in the plastic surgery clinic from September 2017 to June 2018 were diagnosed as photoaging and
received APT570 nm strong pulse light therapy. The condition of spots, texture, wrinkles and pores before and after treatment
was detected by VISIA skin tester. Results After APT570nm intense pulse light treatment, the skin spots value decreased
significantly. The difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.01), texture value and wrinkle value also decreased and the
difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion APT570nm intense pulse light has obvious therapeutic effect on
facial skin photoaging. The application of VISIA skin detector can be used to evaluate more scientifically and intuitively.
