[摘要]目的：探讨miR-4655-3p在中波紫外线旁观者效应中的作用。方法：使用miR-4655-3p 抑制剂（inhibitor）或其对应
的阴性对照（negative control，NC）转染人皮肤成纤维细胞（HSFs）后，对不同组HSFs进行UVB（60mJ/cm2）单次照射，
照光后24h取细胞培养上清液与正常HSFs共孵育48h，分别测定细胞增值率、氧化损伤水平及凋亡率。结果：inhibitor转染
组细胞中miR-4655-3p相对表达量较NC转染组明显降低（P ＜0.05）；照光后，inhibitor转染组细胞、细胞培养上清液及该
上清液孵育的HSFs中miR-4655-3p的相对表达量较NC转染组显著降低（P ＜0.05）；与NC组旁观者细胞相比，Inhibitor组旁
观者细胞的增殖率增加，氧化损伤水平及凋亡率减少，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：miR-4655-3p在中波紫外线
旁观者效应中发挥作用，抑制其表达可在一定程度上减弱紫外线旁观者效应。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the role of miR-4655-3p in UVB-radiation induced bystander effects(UVB-RIBE).
Methods HSFs transfected with miR-4655-3p inhibitor or NC were exposed to 60mJ/cm2 single UVB radiation. 24h after UVB
radiation, the supernatant were transfered to normal HSFs and remained for 48h. Subsequently, cell proliferation rate, oxidative
damage and apoptosis rate of recipient cells were measured. Results The relative expression of miR-4655-3p in the inhibitor
transfected cells were lower than the NC transfected cells. After UVB radiation, the relative expression of miR-4655-3p in the
inhibitor transfected cells, their supernatant and the supernatant cultured bystander cells were lower than the corresponding NC
transfected groups. The cell proliferation rate of bystander cells from inhibitor group was higher than bystander cells from NC
group. Besides, the oxidative damage and apoptosis rate of bystander cells from inhibitor group was lower than bystander cells
from NC group. All the data were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion miR-4655-3p plays a role in UVB bystander
effect. The down-regulation of miR-4655-3p inhibits UVB bystander effect to some extent.
