[摘要]目的：探讨MagfitEX-600磁性附着体治疗牙列缺损的效果及对患者磁体固位力的影响。方法：选取2016年1月-2018年
1月笔者医院收治的120例牙列缺损患者，随机分为两组，对照组应用常规方法摘局部义齿治疗，研究组应用MagfitEX-600磁
性附着体治疗。结果：研究组咀嚼改善情况、满意度明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05）,研究组的生活质量、磁体固位力明显优于
对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：在牙列缺损的治疗过程中，应用MagfitEX-600磁性附着体进行治疗，一方面能有效改善患者的
咀嚼情况，患者满意度较高；另一方面，提高了患者的生活质量，患者磁体固位力增强。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of MagfitEX-600 magnetic attachment on dentition defect and its effect on the
retention of magnet. Methods 120 cases of dentition defect were selected in our hospital in January 2016 -2018 January. The
patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional method of partial denture, and
the study group was treated with MagfitEX-600 magnetic attachment. Results The improvement of chewing and satisfaction
of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). The quality of life and the retention of
the magnets in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion MagfitEX-600
magnetic attachments are used in the treatment of dentition defect. On the one hand, the patient’s masticatory condition is
improved effectively and the patient’s satisfaction is high. On the other hand,the patient’s quality of life is improved, the patient’s
magnet retention is enhanced and the clinical application is recommended.
