摘要:: [摘要]目的：评估舌侧集中牙合全口义齿与解剖牙合全口义齿对下颌牙槽嵴重度吸收的无牙颌患者咀嚼效能的影响。方法：选
择24例下颌牙槽嵴呈3级或4级吸收的无牙颌患者，随机化原则分为A、B两组。A组先戴用舌侧集中牙合全口义齿3个月，后戴用
解剖牙合全口义齿3个月，B组反之。每戴用3个月进行咀嚼效率的测定并分析，同时采用调查问卷方式对咀嚼能力做评分。结
果：舌侧集中牙合全口义齿咀嚼效率与解剖牙合全口义齿的咀嚼效率无显著性差异(P ＞0.05)，但主观满意度评分结果显示舌侧
集中牙合全口义齿的咀嚼能力明显优于解剖牙合全口义齿(P ＜0.05)。结论：舌侧集中牙合全口义齿咀嚼效能的主观评分较高，能
提高牙槽嵴重度吸收的无牙颌患者佩戴义齿的主观能动性，改善其生活质量。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of lingualized and anatomical occlusal pattern of complete dentures on masticatory
efficiency of patients with severe alveolar ridge resorption in mandible. Methods Twenty-four edentulous patients with
absorbed level Ⅲ or Ⅳ mandible were selected, and were divided randomly into group A and group B. Group A was treated
with lingualized complete dentures for 3 months, after that with anatomical complete dentures for 3 months. Group B was the
opposite of the group A. The masticatory efficiency was measured and analyzed every 3 months, and the masticatory ability was
scored by questionnaire. Results There was no significant difference between the lingualized and anatomical occlusal pattern
of complete dentures on masticatory efficiency(P ＞0.05), but the score of subjective satisfaction showed that the masticatory
ability of lingualized occlusion complete denture was significantly better than that of anatomic complete denture (P ＜0.05).
Conclusion The subjective score of masticatory efficacy of lingualized occlusion complete denture was higher,which could
improve the subjective activity of denture worn by edentulous patients with severe absorption of alveolar ridge and improve
their quality of life.
