摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨面部单纯性皮脂腺囊肿行小切口手术治疗的可行性及临床效果。方法：自2016年8月-2018年2月，笔者医
院门诊就诊的面部肿物患者26例，依据术前患者的病史、专科查体及辅助检查，明确诊断为面部单纯性皮脂腺囊肿后，在囊
外、囊内分别注射肿胀液后经小切口完整摘除皮脂腺囊肿，视情况用6-0无损伤缝线缝合或不缝合伤口。结果：26例患者伤
口愈合良好，术后随访3～12个月，未见伤口感染及囊肿复发，术后瘢痕不明显。结论：小切口治疗面部皮脂腺囊肿可明显
减小手术切口，减少组织损伤，减小术后瘢痕，增加患者满意度，具有可行性，临床效果显著。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To discuss the feasibility and clinical effect of small incision surgery for facial sebaceous cyst.
Methods From August 2016 to February 2018, 26 patients with facial tumors were admitted in our hospital. According to
their preoperative medical history, physical examination and other examinations, simple facial sebaceous cyst was able to be
diagnosed. During the operation, swelling fluid was injected into and out of the capsule separately and then the sebaceous
cyst was removed through a small incision. If the situation warranted stitching, 6-0 sutures were used to sew the wound and
if not, the wound was left unstitched. Results The wounds completely healed in all 26 patients. After 3-12 months of follow
up, we noticed there was neither infection, cyst recurrence, nor obvious scar on the operation site. Conclusion Small incision
treatment of facial sebaceous cyst can significantly reduce the surgical incision, tissue damage and postoperative scar, as well as
increase patients’ satisfaction. This treatment is feasible and the clinical effect is significant
