摘要:: [摘要]目的：探究削痂植皮手术结合康复路径措施对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者美容效果及并发症的影响，为患者治疗及康复提供临床指
导。方法：选取2015年5月-2018年6月笔者医院深Ⅱ度烧伤患者146例为研究对象。按照随机数表法，分为对照组和研究组，每
组73例。其中对照组采用削痂植皮手术结合常规护理进行治疗，研究组采用削痂植皮手术结合康复路径措施进行治疗。治疗6个
月后，比较两组患者美容效果、治疗前与治疗5d后血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）与白细胞介素-10（IL-
10）水平、并发症发生情况及治疗满意度。结果：研究组美容优良率（95.89%）明显高于对照组（79.45%），差异有统计学意义
（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组TNF-α、IL-8及IL-10水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，研究组TNF-α、IL-8水平
明显低于对照组，IL-10水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率（6.85%）显著低于对照组
（27.40%）；满意度（93.15%）显著高于对照组（76.71%），差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：削痂植皮手术结合康复
路径措施对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者进行治疗，能够提升美容效果，有效降低创面炎症反应及并发症发生率，值得临床推广。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of resection and skin grafting combined with rehabilitation path measures on the
cosmetic effects and complications of patients with deep Ⅱ degree burns, and provide clinical guidance for the treatment and
rehabilitation of patients. Methods 146 cases of deep Ⅱ degree burn patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2015
to June 2018 were studied. According to the random tables method, it was randomly divided into control group and study group,
73 cases in each group. The control group was treated with excision and skin graft surgery combined with routine nursing,
and the study group was treated with excision and skin grafting combined with rehabilitation path measures. After 6 months
of treatment, the results of the two groups of patients were compared with the cosmetic effect, the incidence of complications
and the serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interleukin-10 (IL-10)levels before and after treatment for
5 days. Results The beauty rate (95.89%) of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (79.45%),
the two groups were statistically significant (P ＜0.05), before treatment, the two groups of TNF, IL-8 and IL-10 levels were
not statistically significant (P ＞0.05); After 5 days of treatment, the level of TNF and IL-8 in the study group was significantly
lower than that in the control group, the IL-10 level was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was
statistically significant (P ＜0.05); The incidence of complication (6.85%) of the study group was significantly lower than that of
the control group (27.4%), and the satisfaction (93.15%) was significantly higher than the control group (76.71%), the difference
was statistically significant. (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The escharectomy and skin grafting combined with rehabilitation path
can improve the cosmetic effect and reduce the incidence of inflammatory reaction and complications in patients with deep Ⅱ
degree burn. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
