[摘要]目的：研究甲砜霉素联合阿维A胶囊对寻常性银屑病患者外周血血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、骨桥蛋白（OPN）、白细
胞介素-17（IL-17）、白细胞介素-18（IL-18）表达的影响。方法：选取2016年9月-2017年8月笔者医院收治的73例寻常性
银屑病患者，根据随机数字法分为观察组（39例）和对照组（34例）。对照组使用阿维A胶囊，观察组在此基础上联合使用
甲砜霉素。比较两组患者临床疗效，外周血VEGF、OPN、IL-17、IL-18表达，血液流变学指标及不良反应。结果：治疗后，
观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后观察组的外周血VEGF、OPN、IL-17、IL-18表
达显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、血沉、红细胞比积、
变形指数显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组和对照组不良反应率比较无显著差异（P ＞0.05）。结
论：甲砜霉素联合阿维A胶囊能有效降低寻常性银屑病患者外周血VEGF、OPN、IL-17、IL-18水平，临床疗效良好。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the combination of thiamphenicol and avira capsules in peripheral blood vascular endothelial
growth factor (VEGF), osteopontin (OPN), interleukin-17 (IL-17) and interleukin-18 (IL-18) in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
Methods Seventy-three patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were
enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group (39 cases) and control group (34 cases) according to random
number method. Avira capsules were used in the control group, and thiamphenicol used in the observation group on the basis
of control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, peripheral blood VEGF, OPN, IL-17, IL-18 expression,
hemorheology, adverse reactions were compared. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation
group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the expression of peripheral blood
VEGF, OPN, IL-17 and IL-18 in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜0.05). After
treatment, the observation group with whole blood high-viscosity, whole blood low-cut viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation
rate, erythrocyte ratio, and deformation index were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). There was no
significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the observation group and the control group (P ＞0.05). Conclusion
Thiamphenicol combined with avira capsules can effectively reduce the levels of VEGF, OPN, IL-17 and IL-18 in peripheral
blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, and the clinical effect is good.
