[摘要]目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合纳米银烧烫伤贴治疗烧伤后期残余创面的临床效果。方法:选择2014年1
月-2018年1月在笔者医院治疗的烧伤患者160例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例。对照组采用生理盐水清创及1%
SD-Ag冷霜外敷;观察组采用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合纳米银烧烫伤贴治疗,比较两组患者的残余创面愈合速度、创面
愈合时间、视觉模拟疼痛评分(visual analogue score,VAS)、残余创面细菌清除率及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗
7d、14d、21d后残余创面愈合率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组残余创面愈合时间、VAS评分
明显少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组治疗14d后创面细菌阴转率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学
意义(P <0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合纳米银烧烫伤贴治疗大
面积烧伤后期残余创面可有效减轻患者疼痛,清除创面细菌,加速创面修复,减少不良情况的发生。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) combined with nano-silver
burn and scald patch in the treatment of residual wounds after extensive burn. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with
burns who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and
the observation group, with 80 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with saline debridement and
1% SD-Ag cold cream. The patients in the observation group were treated with basic fibroblast growth factor and nano silver
burn scald. The rate of residual wound healing, time of wound healing, visual analogue score (VAS), bacterial clearance rate
of residual wound and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The healing rate of residual wounds
in the observation group after 7d, 14d and 21d of treatment was significantly higher than those in the control group, and the
differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The healing time and VAS score of residual wounds in the observation
group were significantly less than those in the control group(P <0.05). The bacterial negative conversion rate of wound in the
observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 14 days of treatment (P <0.05). There were no
significant adverse reactions during the treatment period between the two groups. Conclusion Combination of basic fibroblast
growth factor and nano silver burn patch can effectively relieve pain, remove bacteria, accelerate wound repair and reduce the
occurrence of adverse conditions.
