[摘要]目的：通过随访比较两种无牙颌种植义齿修复的临床效果和患者满意度，以便指导临床根据患者具体情况采取科学
合理的修复治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析2006年1月-2017年12月于笔者医院完成无牙颌种植修复的100例患者的临床资料并
进行随访。对所有患者进行X线片观测、临床软组织健康状况观察及满意度调查。结果：成功随访80例(90个单颌)患者，
共380枚种植体，其中30件固定义齿（25例患者，220枚种植体），60件覆盖义齿(55例患者，160枚种植体)；覆盖义齿种
植体3年、5年累积存留率分别为96.0%和92.0%；固定义齿种植体3年、5年累积存留率均为99.0%；种植体周围炎发生率为
2.9%(11/380)；43.33%(26/60)的覆盖义齿以及23.3%(7/30)的固定义齿因出现修复体并发症而返修；覆盖义齿与固定义齿的
修理频次比较，差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)；覆盖义齿种植体探诊深度明显大于固定义齿(P ＜0.05)；覆盖义齿患者满意度
明显高于固定义齿(P ＜0.05)。结论：无牙颌种植修复的修复体并发症发生率较高，无牙颌种植固定义齿修复的患者满意度
较高，无牙颌种植覆盖义齿与固定义齿修复均可获得相对较高的种植体累积存留率。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and patients’ satisfaction degree of implant restoration of edentulous jaw by
follow-up. Methods Clinical data of 100 patients with edentulous jaw implantation and restoration which was retrospectively
analyzed in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2017 and those patients were followed up. X-ray observation, clinical
soft tissue health status observation and satisfaction degree survey was performed on all patients. Results A total of 380
implants were successfully followed up in 80 patients (90 single jaw), including 30 fixed denture (220 implants in 25 patients)
and 60 overdenture (160 implants in 55 patients). The 3-year and 5-year accumulative retention rate of overdenture implant
was 96.0% and 92.0%, respectively, the 3-year and 5-year accumulative retention rate all was 99.0%. The incidence of periimplant
inflammation was 2.9%(11/380). 43.33%(26/60) of overdenture and the fixed denture of 23.3%(7/30) was repaired due
to complications of prosthesis.There was no statistically significant difference in repair frequency between overdenture and
fixed denture (P ＞0.05).The probe depth of overdenture implant was significantly greater than that of fixed denture (P ＜0.05).
The patients’ satisfaction degree of overdenture was significantly higher than that of fixed denture (P ＜0.05). Conclusion
The incidence of prosthesis complications in edentulous jaw implantation was high.The patients’ satisfaction degree of fixed
denture implantation was higher.The-covered denture and fixed denture of edentulous jaw could obtain relatively high implant
accumulation and retention rate.
