[摘要]目的：分析正畸联合烤瓷修复矫治牙列不齐伴前牙缺失的美学效果。方法：选取笔者医院2017年7月-2018年7月接诊
的60例牙列不齐伴前牙缺失患者进行研究。根据治疗方法的不同，将患者均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取单纯的烤瓷
修复矫治，观察组采取正畸联合烤瓷修复矫治。比较分析两组患者治疗后的效果、牙齿整齐、后牙咬合和前牙覆牙合、覆盖
的良好情况以及治疗前后满意度。结果：观察组总有效率（93.33%）明显高于对照组（73.33%），两组差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组牙齿整齐、后牙咬合和前牙覆牙合及覆盖的良好情况均明显优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的固位功能、咀嚼功能、语言功能、美观度、舒适度和总满意度差异无统计学意义（P
＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组固位功能、咀嚼功能、语言功能、美观度、舒适度和总满意度均明显优于对照组，两组比较差异
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：正畸联合烤瓷修复矫治牙列不齐伴前牙缺失的效果显著，能够改善牙齿整齐、后牙咬颌
和前牙覆牙合及覆盖的良好情况，提高患者满意度，值得临床上广泛应用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To analyze the aesthetic effect of orthodontics combined with porcelain fused to metal (PFM) in the
treatment of uneven dentition and anterior teeth loss. Methods 60 patients with irregular dentition and missing anterior teeth
in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected for the study.According to the different treatment methods, the
patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with pure porcelain restoration,
while the observation group was treated with orthodontics combined with porcelain restoration.The effect of treatment,
teeth neatness, occlusion and overbite of posterior teeth and anterior teeth, as well as satisfaction before and after treatment
were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (93.33%)
was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.33%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically
significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in tooth tidiness,
posterior bite and anterior overbite and coverage, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the
difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference
in retention function, masticatory function, language function, aesthetics, comfort and total satisfaction between the two
groups (P＞0.05).After treatment, the retention function, masticatory function,language function, aesthetics, comfort and total
satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference between the
two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Orthodontics combined with porcelain fused to restore and
correct irregular dentition and loss of anterior teeth has a significant effect.It can improve the condition of tidy teeth, occlusion
of posterior teeth and overbite of anterior teeth and overbite of anterior teeth, and improve patient satisfaction.It is worthy of
wide clinical application.
