摘要:
[摘要]医学美学的教学与研究，已经越来越广泛的开展，但在医院的继续教育中，还没有引起足够的重视。文章在强调医学
美学在临床医学中的重要性和必要性的基础上，针对存在的具体问题，阐述加强医学美学继续教育的重要性。同时，从教育
目标、教育内容、教育模式和考核机制等方面提出改进措施，以提升医务人员素质和医院的文化建设。

Abstract:
Abstract: Medical aesthetics has attracted more and more attentions in the whole human society, but no enough in the field of
hospital continuing medical education (HCME). In this paper, we described the importance of medical aesthetics in HCME and
proposed detailed feasible protocols. At the same time, measures are proposed to improve educational objectives, educational
content, educational models and assessment mechanisms, with the aims to both upgrade the aesthetics concepts of medical staff
and improve hospital culture construction.
