摘要:

[摘要]玫瑰痤疮是临床一种常见的面部慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病，治疗方法包括药物治疗、光电治疗及手术治疗等，其中光
电技术包括强脉冲光、脉冲染料激光、Nd:YAG激光、CO2激光、Er激光、射频、光动力治疗等。本文旨在归纳总结临床用于
不同亚型玫瑰痤疮治疗的光电技术原理、疗效及安全性。其中可能相关机制包括选择性光热作用和光调作用。除CO2激光、
Er激光多用于鼻赘型玫瑰痤疮外，其余光电设备对丘疹脓疱型和红斑毛细血管扩张型患者具有一定疗效，但具体分子机制及
标准化治疗方案仍需进一步基础和临床研究。

Abstract:

Abstract: Rosacea is a chronic recurrent inflammatory facial dermatosis which is common in clinic. Therapeutic methods
include medication, Phototherapy and surgical treatment.Among them,photoelectric technologies include intense pulsed light,
pulsed dye laser, Nd:YAG laser,CO2 laser,Er:YAG laser,radio frequency and photodynamic therapy. The purpose of this paper
is to summarize principle, efficacy and safety of these photoelectric technologies for different subtypes of rosacea. The possible
machanisms contain selective photothermolysis and optical modulation. Except CO2 laser and Er laser are mostly used for
rhinophyma, other photoelectric devices have certain effects on papulopustular rosacea and erythematotelangiectatic rosacea.
However, the specific molecular mechanism and standardized treatment scheme still need further fundamental and clinical
research.
