[摘要]目的:比较两种不同组织修复材料分别用于阻生齿拔除后的愈合效果。方法:将90颗下颌近中水平阻生智齿随机分为
研究A组、研究B组与对照组,研究A组术后牙槽窝放置PRF,研究B组术后牙槽窝放置Bio-Oss骨粉,对照组术后牙槽窝空置处
理。比较三组术后并发症的发生情况及术后1、3、6个月第二磨牙远中牙槽骨的骨密度,并进行统计学分析。结果:研究A组术
后发生并发症的程度明显低于对照组和研究B组(P<0.05),研究B组和对照组术后发生并发症的程度无明显差别(P >0.05)。研
究A组、研究B组术后第1、3个月的牙槽骨新生骨骨密度与同期对照组相比均明显增高(P<0.05);术后第6个月研究B组在三组
中的骨密度最高(P<0.05),而研究A组和对照组的骨密度则变得无明显差异(P >0.05)。结论:PRF可以减轻阻生齿拔除术后的
并发症,加快牙槽窝新骨形成的过程,但不能形成新的骨组织。而Bio-Oss骨粉不能减轻阻生齿拔除术后的并发症,但可促进
下颌第二磨牙远中新骨形成。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate of the treatment effect of two kinds of tissue repair materials in impacted tooth extraction.
Methods 90 impacted mandibular third molars were randomly and equally divided into three groups. PRF was placed in the
alveolar fossa after extraction of teeth in test A group and Bio-Oss bone was placed in test B group , the control group with
nothing. Comparing the degree of postoperative complications and the new bone mineral density of distal alveolar bone of
second molars in three groups at 1, 3 and 6 months after operation. All statistical analysis were carried out with SPSS 19.0 for
Windows.Results The degree of postoperative complications in the test group A was significantly lower than that in the test
B group and control group(P <0.05),but no obvious difference in the test B group and control group(P >0.05). The test A and
B group of the new bone mineral density were significantly higher than the control group in the 1 months, 3 months after the
operation(P <0.05). The test B group of the new bone mineral density were highest in the three groups in the 6 months after the
operation(P <0.05),but there were no obvious difference between test A group and the control group(P >0.05). Conclusion
PRF can ease the postoperative symptom of impacted tooth and promote the formation of new bone in the distal second molar
,but can not increase the density of bone tissue. Bio-Oss bone can promote the formation of new bone in the distal second
molar after the extraction of tooth extraction.,but can not ease the postoperative symptom of impacted tooth.
