[摘要]目的：研究综合护理干预对儿童口腔正畸疼痛程度和口腔健康的影响，为患儿的正畸治疗护理提供临床指导。方法：
选取2017年6月-2018年6月接诊的110例口腔正畸患儿进行研究。按照随机数表法分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理
干预，研究组全程采用综合护理干预。护理前及护理1个月后，比较分析两组患儿视觉模拟评分法（VAS）及口腔健康状态评
估量表（SOHSI量表）评分，并对患儿依从性及满意度进行调查分析。结果：护理前，两组患儿VAS及SOHSI量表评分无显著
性差异（P ＞0.05）；护理1个月后，两组患者VAS及SOHSI量表评分均明显降低（P ＜0.05），且研究组明显低于对照组，差
异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患儿总依从率、患儿及家长对外观与护理满意率均明显高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究
组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：综合护理干预能明显改善儿童口腔正畸疼痛
程度和口腔健康，提高外观及护理满意度，值得临床推广运用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the degree of orthodontic pain and oral
health in children, and to provide clinical guidance for orthodontic treatment and nursing care of children. Methods 110 cases
of orthodontic children were selected from June 2017 to June 2018. They were randomly divided into study group and control
group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the research group was given comprehensive nursing
intervention. Before and after 1 month of nursing, the scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) and oral health assessment scale
(SOHSI) were compared between the two groups, and the compliance and satisfaction of the children were investigated and
analyzed. Results Before nursing, the VAS and SOHSI scores between the two groups were no significant difference (P＞0.05);
after 1 month nursing, the VAS and SOHSI scores of the two groups were significantly reduced (P＜0.05), and the research
group were significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). The total compliance rate, appearance and nursing satisfaction
rate of the children and parents in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence
of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically
significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously improve the degree of orthodontic
pain and oral health, improve the appearance and nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical application.
