[摘要]目的：探讨显微镜下切除眼睑肿瘤后采用不同手术方法一期修复眼睑全层缺损重建睑功能的临床疗效。方法：回顾性
分析2008年7月-2017年12月在笔者科室诊治的眼睑肿瘤患者53例，所有患者均在显微镜下切除眼睑肿瘤，然后根据缺损部位
及范围选用不同的方法一期修复眼睑全层缺损并重建睑功能。结果：所有患者术后切口均一期愈合，随访时间6个月～5年，
术后眼睑外观及功能优40例，良好12例，改善1例，治愈率为98.1%；无复发病例。结论：在显微镜下彻底切除肿瘤，并灵活
应用各种眼睑重建成形术，有助于精细、个性化地修复睑外形和睑功能，效果显著且稳定。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different surgical methods for reconstruction of eyelid function
after resection of eyelid tumors under microscope. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 53 patients with eyelid
tumors treated in our department from July 2008 to December 2017. All patients underwent resection of eyelid tumors under
a microscope, and different methods were used according to the location and extent of the defect to repair the eyelid defect
and reconstruct the eyelid function. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months to 5 years. The eyelid appearance
and function were excellent in 40 cases, good in 12 cases and improved in 1 case. The cure rate was 98.1%. There was no
recurrence. Conclusion Complete resection of the tumor and flexible application of various eyelid defect reconstruction
methods under microscope are effective to restore the appearance the function of eyelid.
