[摘要]目的:观察应用自体全厚皮片移植联合二期自体颗粒脂肪移植修复眼眶区皮肤缺损的疗效观察。方法:2010年1
月-2018年1月面部烧创伤及面眶区皮肤肿瘤切除术后修复6例,其中自体全厚皮片移植修复2个月后联合自体颗粒脂肪移植
3例(A组),单纯自体全厚皮片移植修复3例(B组)。随访1年,对两组术区色素沉着和质地评分比较。结果:A组移植皮
片色素沉着逐渐减轻,评分(2.17±0.41)分;术区质地满意,评分(2.67±0.51)分。B组移植区与周围皮肤有色差,评
分(1.17±0.42)分;移植皮片质地皮肤差异明显,评分(1.67±0.52)分。组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结
论:全厚皮片移植联合自体颗粒脂肪移植填充,可有效改善移植后皮片色素沉着及质地。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of full-thickness autologous skin graft combined with second-stage autologous
granular fat transplantation in repairing orbital skin defect. Methods 6 cases of face trauma, burn scar and skin tumor in orbital
frontal region patients which needed skin graft from January 2010 to January 2018, were divided into two groups. Group A(3
cases) was treated with full-thickness skin graft and autologous granular fat transplantation after 2 months in. Group B(3 cases)
was treated with full thickness skin graft only. Follow-up for 1 year, comparison of pigmentation and texture score between
the two groups. Results The pigmentation of skin grafts in group A was gradually relieved with a score of (2.17±0.41) and
the operative area was satisfactory with a score of (2.67±0.51). In group B, the color difference between the transplanted area
and the surrounding skin was (1.17±0.42) and the skin texture of the transplanted skin was (1.67±0.52) significantly different.
There were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.01). Conclusion Full-thickness skin graft and granular fat
transplantation can improve the skin pigment and skin texture of operation region.
