[摘要]人表皮干细胞主要来源于表皮,尤其在皮肤创伤后修复和再生方面具有十分重要的功能和作用。皮肤再生医学是再生
医学的重要组成部分,也是皮肤科学与再生医学的交叉学科,是两者的完美结合。作为皮肤再生医学的主要特色,表皮干细
胞相关技术、基因治疗及3D生物打印等前沿技术的研究和应用在一定程度上弥补和解决了当前和未来皮肤科学治疗领域,尤
其在重症皮肤疾病和严重皮肤创伤等治疗方面的局限与不足,它们也是皮肤科治疗领域发展最有潜力的治疗技术。虽然皮肤
再生医学仍会面临诸多问题和挑战,但其未来发展前景广阔。
Abstract:

Abstract: Human epidermal stem cells mainly are derived from epidermis and play an important role in its function and effect
on the skin repair and regeneration after skin wound. The skin regenerative medicine, an important component of regenerative
medicine, is a cross discipline of dermatology and regenerative medicine.As the major special feature of skin regenerative
medicine, researching and applying the advanced technology of epidermal stem cells, gene therapy and 3-dimensional
bioprinting can solve and make up for insufficiency of therapeutics on dermatology currently and in the future, especially in
severe cases and skin wound. They are the best potential therapic technology on dermatology. Although there are also a lot of
problems and challenges, the skin regenerative medicine has a great prospect for its development.
