[摘要]目的：分析化脓性肉芽肿、樱桃状血管瘤的皮肤镜特点。方法：对2017年1月-2019年1月就诊于上海市皮肤病医院行
皮肤镜检查，并最终病理诊断为樱桃状血管瘤和化脓性肉芽肿的63例患者的皮肤镜特征进行分析。结果：共选取45例化脓
性肉芽肿患者，18例樱桃状血管瘤患者。化脓性肉芽肿常见皮肤镜模式为红色均质区域+血管结构，为56%（25/45）、红色
均质区域+轨道征为42%（19/45）。而18例樱桃状血管瘤皮肤镜常见模式腔隙结构，为78%（14/18）。此外，在化脓性肉芽
肿和樱桃状血管瘤的鉴别中，红色均质区域模式提示为化脓性肉芽肿（98%，44/45），而腔隙提示为樱桃状血管瘤（78%，
14/18），这些特征在两组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.001）。结论：化脓性肉芽肿和樱桃状血管瘤具有不同的皮肤
镜特点，皮肤镜在两者的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the dermoscopic features of pyogenic granuloma and cherry hemangioma. Methods A total
of 63 patients with pyogenic granuloma or cherry hemangioma, who undergone both dermoscopical and histopathological
examinations in Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019, were choosen for research. The
dermoscopic features of these patients with cherry hemangioma and pyogenic granuloma were evaluated. Results 45 patients
with pyogenic granuloma and 18 patients with cherry hemangioma were included. The most common dermoscopic patterns
of pyogenic granuloma were reddish homogeneous area with vascular structures which was observed in 56% (25/45) patients,
and reddish homogeneous area with white rail lines which was observed in 42% (19/45) patients. The lacunae structure can be
observed in 78% (14/18) cherry hemangioma. In addition, the reddish homogeneous area pattern indicated pyogenic granuloma
(98%, 44/45), and lacunae structure suggested cherry hemangioma (78%, 14/18). The comparison of these characteristics
between the two groups has statistical significance (P ＜0.001). Conclusion Pyogenic granuloma and cherry hemangioma have
comparable dermoscopic features. Dermatoscopy has significance value in the differential diagnosis of pyogenic granuloma and
cherry hemangioma.
