[摘要]目的：研究强脉冲光联合石膏倒模治疗面部痤疮的美容效果和安全性。方法：选取2016年6月-2018年6月笔者医院收
治的120例面部痤疮患者，按抽签随机方法分为两组，每组各60例。其中对照组予以单纯石膏倒模治疗，观察组实施强脉冲
光联合石膏倒模治疗，均持续治疗1个月。对比两组临床疗效，分析两组治疗前后皮损计数及不良反应发生情况。结果：观
察组总有效率为96.67%，明显高于对照组的85.00%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组治疗后炎性皮损、非炎性皮损、
总皮损计数均显著低于治疗前（P ＜0.05），观察组治疗后炎性皮损、总皮损计数均显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。观察组治
疗期间不良反应发生率为3.33%，对照组治疗期间未见明显不良反应发生，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：强脉冲光
联合石膏倒模治疗面部痤疮临床疗效确切，能明显改善患者皮损，安全性较好。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the cosmetic effect and safety of intense pulsed light combined with plaster inversion in the
treatment of facial acne. Methods 120 patients with facial acne were enrolled in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018. They
were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases each. The controlgroup was treated with plaster inversion alone, while the
observation group wastreated with intense pulsed light combined with plaster inversion for 1 month.The clinical effects of the
two groups were compared, and the skin lesion countsand adverse reactions before and after treatment were analyzed. Results
The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%, significantly higher than that in the control group (85.00%), and
the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the counts of inflammatory, non-inflammatory and total
skin lesions in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜0.05), and the counts of inflammatory
and total skin lesions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The incidence
of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was 3.33%, while no significant adverse reactions were observed
in the control group (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Intensive pulsed light combined with plaster inverted model treatment of facial
acne has definite clinical efficacy, can significantly improve the skin lesions of patients, and has good safety.
