[摘要]目的:探究点阵激光联合2-甲氧基雌二醇对瘢痕疙瘩患者温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分以及生长转化因子-β1
(TGF-β1)的影响。方法:选取笔者医院收治的瘢痕疙瘩患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。两组患者均予
以点阵激光术治疗,观察组在此基础上加用2-甲氧基雌二醇擦拭施术部位。比较两组患者瘢痕测量指标、TGF-β1水平、不
良反应发生率、VSS评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和完全上皮化时间。结果:对照组不良反应发生率为12.5%,观察组
不良反应发生率为5.36%,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者VAS评分和完全上皮化时间均低于对照组,
且差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组患者瘢痕厚度、VSS评分和TGF-β1水平均降低,且观察组明显低于对照
组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在点阵激光基础上加用2-甲氧基雌二醇对瘢痕疙瘩治疗效果较好,可调节
TGF-β1的表达并促进瘢痕组织消退,并可效缓解患者疼痛,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect on the score of vancouver scar scale (VSS) and growth transforming factor-
β1(TGF-β1) in patients with keloid using lattice laser combined with 2-methoxyestradiol. Methods 112 patients with keloid
admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 56 cases in each group.
Both groups were treated with lattice laser, and the observation group was additionally wiped with 2-methoxyestradiol on
the basis of the control group. The levels of scar measurement index,TGF-β1, the incidence of adverse reactions, the score of
VSS, the score of visual analogue scale (VAS) and the time of complete epithelization were compared between the two groups.
Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation
group (12.5% vs 5.36%, P >0.05). After treatment, the score of VAS and time of complete epithelization in the observation
group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical difference (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of scar
thickness and TGF-β1, the score of VSS in the two groups decreased, and the levels of scar thickness and TGF-β1, the score of
VSS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The addition of
2-methoxyestradiol to the treatment of keloid is effective on the basis of lattice laser. It can regulate the expression of TGF-β1 and
promote scar tissue regression, and can effectively relieve the pain of the patients, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
