[摘要]目的：探讨皮损内注射曲安奈德与利多卡因在苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变患者中的应用价值。方法：选择2016年12月-2017
年12月笔者医院收治的180例苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变患者，采用随机数表法分为两组，每组90例。对照组患者外用复方氟米松
软膏，观察组皮损内注射曲安奈德与利多卡因，比较两组患者皮肤症状、临床疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗前，两组患者皮
肤症状积分相比，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组瘙痒（0.57±0.24）分、皮损（0.49±0.31）分、皮肤
颜色（0.52±0.19）分、苔藓化（0.44±0.29）分，均低于对照组（0.84±0.32）分、（0.77±0.41）分、（0.75±0.34）
分、（0.68±0.23）分，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；随访6个月，观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学
意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：针对苔藓样皮肤淀粉样
变患者，采用皮损内注射曲安奈德与利多卡因利于缓解临床症状，提高治疗效果，减少不良反应的发生。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of intradermal injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide and Lidocaine in the
treatment of Mossy amyloidosis lesions. Methods 180 patients with mossy amyloidosis lesions who had received treatment in
the hospital between December 2016 and December 2017 were selected, and then divided into two groups (n =90) by random
number table. Patients in the control group were treated with external application of Compound Flumetasone Ointment,
and those in the control group were treated with intradermal injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide and Lidocaine. The skin
symptoms, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was
no significant difference in scores of skin symptoms between the two groups (P ＞0.05). After treatment, however, the scores of
itching, skin lesions, skin color and lichenification in the observation group, which were respectively (0.57±0.24), (0.49±0.31),
(0.52±0.19) and (0.44±0.29), were shown to be lower than those in the control group, which were resepctively (0.84±0.32),
(0.77±0.41), (0.75±0.34) and (0.68±0.23) respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). After 6
months of follow-up, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was shown to be higher than the control
group (P ＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was shown to be lower than that in the control
group, with statistically significant difference (P ＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with Mossy amyloidosis lesions,intradermal
injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide and Lidocaine can help relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect,
reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and promote the recovery of the patients.
