[摘要]目的：探究筋膜鞘悬吊术配合术后局部冷敷对重度上睑下垂患者的矫正效果及预后研究，为患者的临床治疗提供参
考。方法：选择笔者医院2015年6月-2018年6月因重度上睑下垂入院治疗患者97例作为本次研究对象，按照患者入院ID的
不同将其分为观察组50例和对照组47例，观察组患者采取筋膜鞘悬吊术进行治疗，对照组采取额肌瓣悬吊术进行治疗，所
有患者术后均采用冰袋行局部冷敷，分析两组患者术后矫正效果以及预后。结果：观察组患者治疗的总有效率为92.0%，
明显高于对照组（59.6%），差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者在治疗后，血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平为
（3.7±0.5）mg/L，手术部位肿胀程度为（4.6±1.9）mm，明显低于对照组[（10.2±1.9）mg/L，（7.8±2.1）mm]，差异
均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者术后并发症发生率为40.0%，未出现眼睑外翻以及感染，对照组并发症发生率为
76.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：筋膜鞘悬吊术配合术后局部冷敷治疗重度上睑下垂有助于患者上睑
能力的恢复，术后采取局部冷敷能有效改善患者肿胀及疼痛情况，术后外形美观，值得在临床治疗中广泛推广。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate the correction effect and prognosis of fascial sheath suspension combined with
postoperative local cold compress in patients with severe orbital ptosis, and provide reference for clinical treatment of patients.
Methods 97 patients who underwent hospitalization for severe eyelid ptosis from June 2015 to June 2018 in our hospital
were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into the observation group(50 cases) and the control group(47 cases)
according to the admission ID. Patients in the observation group were treated with fascia sheath suspension, and the control
group was treated with frontal muscle suspension, all patients were treated with ice packs for local cold after surgery. The postoperative
correction and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.0%, which was
significantly higher than that of the control group (59.6%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After
treatment, the serum C-reactive protein (CRP) level of the observation group was (3.7±0.5)mg/L, and the degree of swelling of
the surgical site was (4.6±1.9)mm, which was significantly lower than those of the control group [(10.2±1.9)mg/L, (7.8±2.1)
mm], the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was 40.0% in the
observation group. There was no valgus valgus and infection. The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that
of the control group (76.6%), the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment of severe eyelid
ptosis with fascial sheath suspension combined with postoperative local cold compress can help patients recover their upper jaw,
and the local cold compress after operation can effectively improve the swelling and pain of the patient, and the postoperative
appearance is beautiful. and it deserves to be widely promoted in clinical treatment.
