[摘要]目的：探讨DT Light-Post纤维桩对前牙的美容修复和预后效果。方法：选取2015年1月-2016年10月笔者科室收治的
172例前牙缺损患者为研究对象，按照简单随机法将患者分为三组。对照组：54例（70颗患牙），采用铸造金属桩制作桩
核；普通纤维桩组：58例（70颗患牙），采用玻璃纤维桩核；DT Light-Post纤维桩组：60例（70颗患牙），采用DT Light-
Post纤维桩制作桩核。比较三组患者临床修复效果，以及修复后1周、6个月、12个月、24个月的牙龈指数。结果：三组患者
前牙修复成功率为84.29%、92.86%、98.57%，DT Light-Post纤维桩组前牙修复成功率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；DT Light-
Post纤维桩组前牙修复成功率与普通纤维桩组比较，无统计学差异（P ＞0.05）。三组患者前牙修复后1周、6个月牙龈指数
比较无明显差异（P ＞0.05）；DT Light-Post纤维桩组患者前牙修复后12、24个月牙龈指数低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结
论：DT Light-Post纤维桩应用于前牙美容修复具有较好疗效，能够替代铸造桩核，成为临床前牙修复方法之一。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of DT Light-Post fiber post on cosmetic restoration and prognosis of anterior
teeth. Methods From January 2015 to October 2016, 172 patients with anterior teeth defect admitted to our department were
selected as the research objects. According to the simple random method,the patients were divided into three groups: control
group 54 cases (70 teeth), using cast metal post to make post and core; common fiber post group 58 cases (70 teeth), using glass
fiber post and core; DT Light-Post fiber post group 60 cases (70 teeth), using DT Light-Post fiber post. Piles are made into piles
and cores. The effect of restoration and gingival index at 1 week, 6 months, 12 months and 24 months after restoration were
compared between the two groups. Results The success rates of anterior teeth restoration in DT Light-Post fiber post group
were 84.29% , 92.86%, 98.57%, higher than those in control group (P ＜0.05), and there was no significant difference between
DT Light-Post fiber post group and ordinary fiber post group (P ＞0.05).There was no significant difference in gingival index
between the three groups at 1 week and 6 months after restoration (P ＞0.05). The gingival index of the DT Light-Post fiber post
group was lower than that of the control group at 12 and 24 months after restoration (P ＜0.05). Conclusion DT Light-Post
fiber post has a good effect in anterior teeth cosmetic restoration. It can be used to cast post and core, and it has become one of
the methods of anterior teeth restoration in clinic.
