摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨臀部穿支皮瓣修复骶尾部压疮手术前后的护理方法。方法：选取2016年10月-2018年6月收治的26例骶尾部
压疮患者，采用臀部穿支皮瓣修复骶尾部压疮，在围手术期制定有针对性的护理计划，监控重点护理环节，积极预防术后并
发症。结果：本组26例皮瓣均成活，其中6例术后发生皮瓣青紫，经积极处理后恢复正常；2例皮瓣血运良好，但皮瓣下窦道
形成，经再次清创手术后愈合。随访6个月～1年，术区修复良好，未见复发。结论：臀部穿支皮瓣是修复骶尾部压疮的良好
方法，围手术期制定有针对性的护理方案，有助于提高手术成功率，预防术后并发症。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore perioperative nursing methods of reparing sacrococcygeal pressure ulcers with gluteal
perforator flaps. Methods From October 2016 to June 2018, 26 patients with sacrococcygeal pressure ulcers were treated
with gluteal perforator flaps. Perioperative nursing methods such as making targeted nursing plans, monitoring key nursing
links and preventing postoperative complications actively. Results All flaps survived in 26 cases. 6 cases of flaps were
cyanotic post-operatively and recovered after actively treatments. Sinus formed under flaps in 2 cases and were healed with
surgical debridements again. All patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, the operation areas were well repaired
and no unclers relapsed. Conclusion It was an excellent method to reparing sacrococcygeal pressure ulcers with gluteal
perforator flap,and targeted nursing plans were helpful to improve the success rates of operations and preventing postoperative
complications.
