摘要:: [摘要]目的：观察非手术矫正法在新生儿耳廓形态畸形治疗中的临床应用效果，总结相关护理工作经验，提出护理体会。方
法：分别采用自制简易硅胶管耳廓矫形器和“益耳”耳廓矫形器对22例年龄小于2个月的先天性耳廓形态畸形患儿进行非手
术矫正，治疗前对治疗过程和原理进行讲解，协助医生选择和佩戴合适的耳廓矫形器，并对患儿家长进行后续治疗的培训和
随访。结果：新生儿早期佩戴耳廓矫形器，可以有效矫正其耳廓形态畸形，矫正效果满意，并发症少。结论：应用耳廓矫形
器可以有效治疗新生儿耳廓形态畸形，良好的护理配合在治疗中发挥了至关重要的作用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical application effect and summarize the nursing experience of non-surgical correction
in the treatment of neonatal auricle malformation. Methods 22 infants with congenital auricle malformation less than 2
months were treated with self-made simple silicone tube auricle orthosis and "Yier" auricle orthosis. We explained the process
and principle to the parents of the infants, assisted the doctor to select and wear the appropriate auricle orthosis, and provided
follow-up treatment training and recommendations for the parents of the infants. Results Using the auricle orthosis in the early
stage of neonatal auricular malformation can effectively correct the auricular malformation, which will lead to satisfactory
correction and less complications. Conclusion The application of auricle orthosis can effectively treat neonatal auricle
malformations. Good nursing cooperation plays a vital role in this treatment.
