[摘要]目的:探讨Ortholink优领数字化正畸平台对正畸学临床教学效果的影响,为提高正畸学临床教学质量提供依据
和建议。方法:采用随机分组设计的教学实验,将口腔正畸科2017及2018届研究生共30名,分为对照组15名和实验组
15名。对照组实施传统的临床病例教学模式,实验组将Ortholink优领数字化正畸平台融入临床病例教学。教学效果评
估采用理论知识考核及临床实践能力考核、问卷调查(满意度)方式进行。结果:实验组实践技能考核成绩中病例分析
得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗方案制定得分明显高于对照组(P <0.01);临床检查、资料
收集部分成绩明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。理论知识考核成绩组间比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。实验组理论
知识掌握方面满意度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);但临床思维培养、新进展了解掌握满意度高于对照
组(P <0.05);激发学习兴趣满意度显著高于对照组(P <0.01);临床技能掌握满意度低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:
Ortholink优领数字化正畸平台融入传统正畸临床教学能够促进正畸研究生临床教学,但其在临床检查及临床技能掌握方
面还存在一些问题,需要进一步改善。

Abstract:
Abstrac: Objective The study explored the effect of Ortholink digital orthodontic platform on orthodontic clinical teaching,
provide the bases and advices for improving the quality of orthodontic clinical teaching. Methods Randomized designs were
used in this teaching experiment. 30 graduate students from grade 2017 and 2018 in orthodontical department, were divided
into the control group and the experimental group, 15 people in each group. The traditional clinical teaching mode was used in
the control group, Ortholink digital platform was used into clinical teaching in the experimental group. Teaching effects were
assessed by theoretical knowledge and clinical practical examination and satisfaction questionnaire. Results The score of case
analysis in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The score of treatment plan formulation
was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). The score of clinical examination and data collection in the
practical skill assessment was significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). There was no significant difference
in the scores of theoretical knowledge assessment between groups(P >0.05). There was no significant difference between
the experimental group and the control group in terms of satisfaction with theoretical knowledge mastery(P >0.05). But the
satisfaction of clinical thinking training and new progress understanding was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).
The satisfaction of stimulating learning interest was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01). Satisfaction
of clinical skill mastery was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The Ortholink digital orthodontic
platform integrated into traditional orthodontic clinical teaching can promote clinical teaching of orthodontic postgraduates, but
there are still some problems in clinical examination and clinical skills mastery, which need further improvement.
