摘要:
[摘要]雄激素性秃发(Androgenetic alopecia,AGA)是一种雄激素依赖的遗传性疾病,对患者身心健康均造成严重影响。
传统的治疗方法包括口服非那雄胺、外用米诺地尔及毛发移植等,但均存在一定的副作用或治疗成本过高。低能量激光技术
(Low-level laser therapy,LLLT)是用于治疗AGA的新型技术,本文总结低能量激光治疗的临床研究背景、作用机制,以
及近年来相关的动物实验、临床研究文献及其结果,旨在为LLLT治疗雄激素性秃发寻找最佳的治疗方案,为未来研究更加标
准化的主客观评价指标和测量方法提供参考。

Abstract:
Abstract: Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is an androgen-dependent genetic disorder, which have serious effects on the patient’s
physical and mental health. Traditional treatment methods include oral finasteride, topical minoxidil, and hair transplantation,
but all have certain side effects or high treatment costs. Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is a new technology for the treatment
of AGA. This article aims to explore the background of LLLT, and proposed mechanisms, as well as discuss the literature and
results of relevant animal experiments and clinical researches.
