摘要:
[摘要]寻常性痤疮是一种青春期发病率较高的慢性炎症性皮肤疾病,与皮肤屏障功能障碍具有密切关系。皮肤屏障功能受损
后其保护功能降低,皮脂分泌异常增多及经表皮失水增加。常规的治疗手段均会出现皮肤渗透屏障功能的受损,而保湿剂能
够持续吸水,让角质保持湿润,形成维护屏障,并能够模拟生理皮脂修复皮肤屏障。因此,选择合适的保湿剂有助于皮肤屏
障的修复,也是寻常性痤疮治疗必要的辅助手段。

Abstract:
Abstract: Acne is a kind of chronic inflammatory skin disease with high incidence of puberty.The dysfunction of the skin barrier
leads to the decrease of its protective function, the abnormal increase of sebum secretion and the increase of transepidermal
water loss. The general treatment method often appears the skin barrier dysfunction of infiltrates, but the moisturizer can
continue to absorb the water,lets the cuticle maintain moist,forms the maintenance barrier, and can simulate the physiology
sebum repair the skin barrier.
