[摘要]慢Mohs显微描记手术(slow Mohs micrographic surgery,sMMS)是在经典Mohs显微描记手术(Mohs micrographic
surgery,MMS)基础上进行改良的一种术式，通过将冰冻切片换成石蜡切片，使某些皮肤肿瘤组织结构保存更好、组织学读
片更准确。与MMS及传统手术切除相比，它能更加精确地控制手术切除范围，明显降低复发率，从而更有效地彻底清除皮
肤恶性肿瘤，尤其适用于恶性黑色素瘤，但目前sMMS相关报道在国内很少,本文就国内外sMMS用于皮肤恶性肿瘤的进展综
述如下。

Abstract: slow Mohs micrographic surgery (sMMS) is a modified surgical procedure based on classical Mohs micrographic
surgery (MMS)by replacing frozen sections with paraffin sections, which can preserve the tissue structure of some cutaneous
tumors better and make histological interpretation more accurate. Compared with MMS and traditional surgical resection, it can
control the scope of surgical resection more accurately, reduce the recurrence rate significantly, thus be used in the thorough
removal of cutaneous malignant tumor more effectively, especially for malignant melanoma. However, Currently there are few
reports on sMMS in China.This review summarizes the application of sMMS in cutaneous malignant tumors at home and abroad.
