[摘要]目的：探讨80岁及以上高龄面部皮肤癌患者整形外科治疗方法及疗效。方法：分析2011年-2018年笔者科室收治的46
例颜面部皮肤癌高龄患者，根据患者病变情况分别行原位缝合、皮瓣移植、皮片移植，探讨其整形外科治疗方案。结果：24
例原位缝合全部成活；21例移植皮瓣、皮片全部存活，供区愈合良好；1例皮瓣边缘区有部分瘀斑及坏死，经换药后愈合。
随访6～12个月，其他部位再发1例，其余均无复发，愈合良好，效果满意。结论：高龄皮肤癌患者，年龄不应成为顾虑手术
治疗的因素，手术切除仍是最佳治疗方式。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the plastic surgery treatment of facial skin cancer in the elderly aged 80 years and over.
Methods We analyzed 46 elderly patients with facial skin cancer admitted and treated in our department from 2011 to 2018.
According to the pathological conditions of the patients, orthotopic suture, flap and skin graft transplantation were performed
respectively to explore the treatment options of plastic surgery. Results We found that 24 cases of in-situ suture survived, 21
cases of transplanted flaps and skin grafts survived and the donor site healed well. One case had partial ecchymosis and necrosis
at the edge of the skin flaps, which healed after dressing change. One case recurred in other parts, and the rest had no recurrence.
Follow-up from 6 to 12 months showed that one case recurred in other parts, and the rest had no recurrence. The healing was
good and the effect was satisfactory. Conclusion For elderly patients with skin cancer, age should not be considered as a factor
for surgical treatment. Surgical resection is still the best treatment.
