[摘要]目的：探究综合护理对鼻翼部基底细胞癌皮瓣转移手术患者的护理效果。方法：选择2016年2月-2017年10月在笔者医
院进行鼻翼部基底细胞癌切除导致的40例局部缺损患者，采用随机数表法均分为对照组（n =20）和观察组（n =20）。两组均
采用鼻唇沟皮瓣进行修复，其中对照组进行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上进行综合护理。术后1年，对两组患者治疗效
果、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分等进行对比分析。同时对两组患者皮瓣色泽、感觉功能及治疗
满意度进行对比分析。结果：观察组治疗有效率（95.00%）明显高于对照组（70.00%，P ＜0.05）。护理后，两组HAMA及SDS
评分均明显下降，且观察组评分明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。治疗1年后，观察组无癌症复发，皮瓣区域色泽与周边正常皮
肤一致，无感觉障碍，切口缝线瘢痕不明显。对照组也无癌症复发，但2例具有感觉障碍，5例缝线瘢痕明显。观察组治疗满
意度（95.00%）明显高于对照组（65.00%，P ＜0.05）。结论：皮瓣转移手术结合综合护理治疗鼻翼部基底细胞癌术后缺损
的临床及美学效果显著，可有效改善患者负性情绪，满意度较高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with nasal alar basal cell carcinoma skin flap
metastasis. Methods 40 cases patients with partial defects caused by basal cell carcinoma of the alar wing in our hospital from
February 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (n =20) and the observation group (n =20). Both
groups were treated with nasolabial flap, but the control group received routine care, and the observation group underwent
comprehensive care on the basis of the control group. One year after surgery, the treatment effect, Hamilton Anxiety Scale
(HAMA), and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores were compared. At the same time, the color, sensory function and
treatment satisfaction of the flaps of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment in
the observation group (95.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.00%, P ＜0.05). After the nursing,
the scores of HAMA and SDS in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the scores in the observation group were
significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). After 1 year of treatment, the observation group had no cancer
recurrence, the color of the flap area was consistent with the surrounding normal skin, no sensory disturbance, and the scar of
the incision suture was not obvious. There was no cancer recurrence in the control group, but 2 cases had sensory disturbances
and 5 cases had obvious suture scars. The treatment satisfaction of the observation group (95.00%) was significantly higher
than that of the control group (65.00%, P ＜0.05). Conclusion Skin flap surgery combined with comprehensive nursing has
a good clinical and aesthetic effect in the treatment of postoperative defects of basal cell carcinoma of the nasal stalk, which
significantly improves the negative emotion of patients and has a high degree of satisfaction.
