[摘要]目的：探究改良经结膜入路眶脂释放并眶隔重置法对中重度泪槽畸形的矫正效果。方法：选取2017年1月-2018年1
月在笔者医院治疗的中重度泪槽畸形患者106例。根据随机数字表随机分为实验组(53例)和对照组(53例)。实验组采用改良
经结膜入路眶脂释放并眶隔重置法矫正治疗，对照组采用睑袋整形术治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、泪槽表面解剖结构数
据、并发症发生情况及患者对矫正效果满意度。结果：实验组总有效率为98.11%高于对照组的79.25%，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，实验组患者睑袋长、泪槽长、睑袋高、泪槽高度显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。
实验组并发症发生率为3.77%显著低于对照组的20.75%，且实验组患者满意度（96.23%）显著高于对照组（84.91%），差异
均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：经结膜入路眶脂释放并眶隔重置法治疗中重度泪槽畸形的临床疗效较好，患者泪槽表
面解剖结构数据明显改善，患者满意度较高，但手术操作复杂，临床推广具有一定难度。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of modified transconjunctival orbital fat release and orbital septum replacement
on moderate to severe tear trough deformity. Methods 106 patients with moderate to severe tear trough deformity who were
treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected. According to the random number table, they were
randomly divided into the experimental group (53 cases) and the control group (53 cases). The experimental group was
treated with modified transconjunctival orbital fat release and orbital septum replacement. The control group was treated
with lower lid blepharoplasty. The clinical efficacy, anatomical data of lacrimal groove surface, occurrence of complications
and patients’ satisfaction with the corrective effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective
rate of the experimental group was 98.11%, which was higher than that of the control group(79.25%), the difference was
statistically significant(P ＜0.05). After treatment, the eye length, tear groove length, eye pocket height and tear groove height
of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group (P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the
experimental group was 3.77%, significantly lower than that in the control group (20.75%), and the satisfaction rate of the
experimental group (96.23%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.91%, P ＜0.05). Conclusion The
method of orbital fat release and orbital septum replacement via conjunctival approach is effective in the treatment of moderate
to severe tear trough deformity. The anatomical data of lacrimal groove surface are improved obviously, and the patients’
satisfaction is high. However, the operation is complex and the clinical promotion is difficult.
