[摘要]目的：分析噻吗洛尔滴眼液局部外用联合Cynergy双波长激光治疗体表增殖期婴幼儿血管瘤（Infantile
hemangioma，IH）疗效观察。方法：选取2016年1月-2018年1月笔者医院收治的120例体表增殖期IH患儿，随机数字表法分
为激光组（n =40）、噻吗洛尔组（n =40）和联合组（n =40）。激光组予以Cynergy双波长激光治疗，噻吗洛尔组予以局部外
用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗，联合组予以噻吗洛尔滴眼液局部外用联合Cynergy双波长激光治疗。对比三组总显效率、总
有效率、血浆血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、基质细胞衍
生因子12（CXCL12）水平、监护人满意度、不良反应发生情况。结果：联合组总显效率为85.00%，总有效率为100.00%，
高于激光组（47.50%、85.00%）与噻吗洛尔组（20.00%、82.50%）（P ＜0.05）；联合组治疗后VEGF、bFGF、MMP-9及
CXCL12水平均低于治疗前，且低于激光组及噻吗洛尔组（P ＜0.05）；联合组监护人满意度高于激光组与噻吗洛尔组，差
异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；激光组、噻吗洛尔组、联合组不良反应发生率分别为2.50%、5.00%、2.50%，组间比较无
明显差异（P ＞0.05）。结论：噻吗洛尔滴眼液局部外用联合Cynergy双波长激光治疗婴幼儿体表增殖期血管瘤，可促进瘤
体消除，抑制血管形成，疗效显著，且能提高监护人满意度，安全可靠。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the efficacy of topical timolol eye drops combined with Cynergy dual wavelength laser in
the treatment of infantile hemangioma (IH). Methods A total of 120 children with IH who were admitted to our hospital from
January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled. Randomly divided into three groups:laser group (n =40),thiamolol group (n=40)
and combined group (n =40). The laser group was treated with Cynergy dual wavelength laser, the timolol group was treated
with topical timolol maleate eye drops, and the combined group was treated with topical timolol eye drops combined with
Cynergy dual wavelength laser.Comparing the total effective rate, total effective rate, plasma vascular endothelial growth factor
(VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), stromal cells derived factor 12 (CXCL12)
level, guardian satisfaction, and adverse reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was
85.00%, and the total effective rate was 100.00%, which was higher than that of the laser group (47.50%, 85.00%) and the
timolol group (20.00%, 82.50%) (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of VEGF,bFGF,MMP-9 and CXCL12 in the combined
group were lower than those before treatment, and lower than those in the laser group and thiamolol group. The satisfaction in
the combined group was higher than the laser group timolol group (P ＜0.05). The adverse reactions occurred in the laser group,
timolol group and the combination group were 2.50%, 5.00%, and 2.50%, respectively, and there was no significant difference
between the groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion The topical combination of timolol eye drops and Cynergy dual wavelength laser
in the treatment of proliferative hemangioma in infants can promote the elimination of tumors and inhibit the formation of blood
vessels. The curative effect is significant and can improve the satisfaction of guardians, which is safe and reliable.
