[摘要]目的：观察强脉冲光联合滚轮微针治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取面部糖皮质激
素依赖性皮炎患者90例，随机分为三组，其中对照A组30例，仅予以强脉冲光治疗，每4周治疗1次，共治疗5次；对照B组30
例，仅予以滚轮微针治疗，每4周治疗1次，共治疗5次；治疗组30例，予以强脉冲光联合滚轮微针治疗，于每次强脉冲光治
疗2周后行滚轮微针治疗，两种治疗各进行5次。治疗结束后评估疗效及不良反应，随访2个月，观察复发情况。结果：治疗
组有效率为87.0%，对照A组有效率为70.0%，对照B组有效率为60.0%，治疗组总有效率高于对照A组及对照B组，差异有统计
学意义（P ＜0.05），疗程结束后治疗组症状评分优于对照A组及对照B组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），三组患者治疗过
程中均未发现严重不良反应，随访2个月后治疗组、对照A组及对照B组复发率分别为3.33%、10%、13.33%。结论：强脉冲光
联合滚轮微针治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎可提高临床疗效，且安全性良好，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Intense pulsed lightcombined with microneedle roller in the
treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis. Methods Ninety patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis
were randomly divided into three groups. Thirty cases in the control group A received intense pulsed light therapy, treated once
every four weeks for five times; Thirty cases in the control group B received micro-needle roller therapy, treated once every
four weeks for five times; Thirty cases in the treatment group received intense pulsed light combined with microneedle roller
treatment, five times each. The efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated after the end of treatment, and the recurrence
was followed up after two months. Results The effective rate was 87% in the treatment group, 70% in the control group A,
and 60% in the control group B. The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group A and the control
group B (P ＜0.05). The symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group A and the control group
B (P ＜0.05). No serious adverse reactions were found during the treatment of the three groups. After 2 months of follow-up the
recurrence rates of the treatment group,the control group A and the control group B were 3.33%, 10%, and 13.33%. Conclusion
The intense pulsed light combined with microneedle roller in treating facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis can improve
clinical efficacy, it also has good security and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
