摘要:: [摘要]目的：通过“烙印天使”微信公众平台对患者进行心理干预，探讨其对严重烧伤患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量等状态
的影响。方法：将126例严重烧伤患者采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组（64例）和对照组（62例），对照组给予常规定期
随访，观察组在此基础上利用“烙印天使”微信公众平台对其进行心理干预，利用相关量表对患者的心理及生活状况进行
评估。结果：通过“烙印天使”微信公众平台干预后，观察组焦虑、抑郁程度明显低于对照组，生活质量明显高于对照组
（P ＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：利用微信公众平台护理可以明显改善严重烧伤患者的焦虑和抑郁状态并提高其生活

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective The psychological intervention of the patients was conducted by the WeChat platform, and the influence
on anxiety, depression and quality of life of patients with severe burns were discussed. Methods 126 patients with severely
burned were randomly divided into the experimental group (64 patients) and the control group (62 patients). The control
group was given normal follow-up, and the experimental group was given normal follow-up and WeChat public platform
psychological intervention. The anxiety, depression levels and quality of life of the patients were assessed by relevant scales.
Results With the WeChat public platform psychological intervention, the anxiety and depression levels of the experimental
group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the quality of life in the experimental group was significantly
improved than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The "burned angel" WeChat public platform can significantly
decrease the anxiety and depression of patients with severely burns and improve their life quality, which has an important role
in clinical care.
