[摘要]目的：探讨自体脂肪填充行面部年轻化就医者心理健康水平与自尊状况。方法：对60例自体脂肪填充面部年轻化就医
者（观察组）在术前采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和罗森伯格自尊量表（SES）进行问卷调查，同时选取60名志愿者作为健
康对照组进行罗森伯格自尊量表（SES）问卷调查。结果：观察组SCL-90测评结果显示，躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神
病性因子得分均高于全国常模，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；强迫、人际关系敏感因子得分显著高于全国常模，差异有
显著性意义（P ＜0.01）。观察组SES评分为（28.52±9.82）分显著低于对照组的（32.36±5.51）分，差异有统计学意义
（t =-2.62，P ＜0.01）结论：自体脂肪填充行面部年轻化就医者的心理健康状况和自尊水平低于一般人群，提示在临床医护
工作中需要特别关注该类就医者的情绪和自尊心。

The Investigation of the Psychological Health and Self-esteem Level of the Patient
who Received Facial Rejuvenation Using Autologous Fat Transplantation

Abstract: Objective To investigate the psychological health and self-esteem level of the patient who underwent facial
rejuvenation using autologous fat transplantation. Methods Questionnaires that include Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90)
and Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (SES) were conducted preoperatively to 60 patients(the observation group) who underwent
autologous fat transplantation before operation, and 60 healthy volunteers as control. Results The results of SCL-90 in the
observation group showed that the scores of somatization, depression, anxiety, paranoia and psychiatric factors were higher than
those of the national norm(P ＜0.05), and the scores of compulsion and interpersonal sensitivity factors were significantly higher
than the national norm(P ＜0.01). The SES score of the observation group was (28.52±9.82) significantly lower than that of the
control group (32.36±5.51), the difference was statistically significant(t =-2.62,P ＜0.01). Conclusion The psychological health
state and self-esteem level of the patients who received facial rejuvenation using autologous fat implant was lower than normal
people, indicating that more attentions should be drawn to the emotion and self-esteem of these types of patients during clinical
practice.
