摘要:
[摘要]小耳畸形是一种常见的先天性疾病，由于耳廓精细的解剖结构，决定了耳再造术是整形外科体表器官修复重建最具挑
战性的手术之一。耳廓再造术的重点和难点是耳廓支架的雕刻和耳颅角的抬高，一个形象、逼真、自然的耳廓支架直接决定
了术后再造耳廓的形态美观，目前的主要材料是自体肋软骨和多孔高密度聚乙烯。本文就耳廓支架的雕刻，雕刻的模版以及
雕刻材料的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:
Abstract:Congenital microtia is a common congenital disease. Due to the fine anatomical structure of auricle, ear reconstruction is one
of the most challenging operations in plastic surgery.The key and difficult points of auricle reconstruction are the carving of auricle
framework and the elevation of Auriculocephalic angle. An image, lifelike and natural auricle framework directly determines the
aesthetic appearance of postoperative auricle reconstruction. Currently, the main materials are autologous rib cartilage and Medpor.
This article is intended to review the research progress of auricular framework,engraving template and engraving material.
