[摘要]目的：探究双眼视觉训练辅助手术治疗对间歇性外斜视患儿视功能及生活质量的影响。方法：将笔者医院收治的60例
间歇性外斜视患儿，随机分为观察组（30例）和对照组（30例）。对照组采用手术治疗，观察组在对照组基础上通过双眼视
觉训练进行辅助治疗。比较两组患者的斜视度数、Titmus 近立体视、间歇性外斜视患者生存质量量表（IXTQ）评分情况。
结果：术后3个月，观察组患儿斜视度数≤30°比例显著高于对照组（83.33% vs 60.00%，P ＜0.05）；观察组患儿的黄斑中
心凹立体视比例高于对照组，无立体视比例显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；且两组患儿的社会心理维度
评分、视觉功能维度评分均较术前升高，且观察组高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：双眼视觉训练辅助手术治疗对间歇性外
斜视患儿治疗效果较好，可有效降低斜视度数，提高立体视功能，进而改善其生活质量。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect on visual function and quality of life in children with intermittent exotropia by using
binocular visual training assisted surgery. Methods 60 children with intermittent exotropia were randomly divided into the
observation group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The control group was treated by surgery, and the observation
group was assisted by binocular visual training on the basis of the control group. The strabismus, Titmus near stereopsis, score
of intermittent exotropia questionnaires (IXTQ) were compared between the two groups. Results 3 months after operation, the
proportion of children with strabismus ≤30° in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group
(83.33% vs 60.00%, P ＜0.05). The percentage of children with foveal stereopsis in the observation group was higher than that
in the control group, while the percentage of children with non-stereopsis in the observation group was significantly lower than
that in the control group (P ＜0.05). The scores of psychosocial dimension and visual function dimension in the two groups
were higher than those before operation, and the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).
Conclusion The binocular visual training-assisted surgery is effective in the treatment of intermittent exotropia, which can
effectively reduce the number of strabismus, improve the stereopsis function and improve the quality of life.
