摘要:
[摘要]目的：设计一种因吐舌习惯导致开合畸形患者的固定矫治器,矫治结束后矫治器继续作为保持器，观察其在临床
上防止复发和提高治疗效果的作用。方法：纳入2017年1月-2019年1月笔者科室因吐舌习惯导致的错牙合畸形用固定矫
治器矫治结束的患者共16例，佩戴研制的NTA矫治器12个月，并拍摄治疗前后头颅定位侧位片,用Steiner和Downs方法分
析治疗前后X线测量数据，并用SPSS 20.0软件配对t 检验做统计学处理。结果：测量结果显示，U1-NA、L1-NB、L1-NB、
U1-PP与矫治前比较，有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）； L1-MP、U6-PP、L6-MP与矫治前比较，有非常显著性差异，具有统计
学意义（P ＜0.01）。结论：NTA矫治器用于开合患者，矫治器舌侧翼板抬高限制了吐舌不良习惯，矫治器牙合支托在自然吞
咽和语言时顺其自然地压低磨牙，且固位良好、舒适、依从性良好，继续纠正了不良吐舌习惯,并保持了矫治效果，提高
了临床疗效。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To develop a kind of NTA orthodontic appliance for patients to continue correcting the habit of sticking
tongue out after the end of treatment and acting as a retainer to prevent recurrence and improve the treatment results. Methods
From January 2017 to January 2019, patients with malocclusion caused by tongue habit, who were treated with fixed appliances
in the orthodontic department of xi ’an jiao tong university stomatological hospital. A total of 16 people have worn the
developed NTA for 12 months and been token lateral cephalometric films before and after treatment, X-ray data were analyzed
by Steiner and Downs methods, and SPSS20.0 software paired t test was used for statistical process. Results Compared with
the value in pretreatment, U1-NA、L1-NB、L1-NB、U1-PP had significant statistical significance（P ＜0.05）. L1-MP、
U6-PP、L6-M had significant statistical significance（P ＜0.01）. Conclusion The invented NTA appliance may be used
to continue correcting patients with open bite after fixed appliance , maintain corrected effects and continue to correct bad
tongue habits that place tongue wing plate up and limit the tongue movement, and intrude molar in the natural swallowing
and language condition, acquire good retention, comfortable, good cooperation, continue to correct the tongue bad habits, and
maintain and improve the clinical treatment effects.
