[摘要]目的：分析丁硼乳膏在牙齿正畸固定矫正中对牙龈炎患者牙龈指数、菌斑指数与龈沟出血指数的影响。方法：选取
笔者医院2015年10月-2018年6月收治的100例在牙齿正畸固定矫正中出现牙龈炎患者的临床资料进行分析，随机分为两组。
对照组采用一般性普通牙膏刷牙治疗，观察组采用丁硼乳膏刷牙治疗，分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果：观察组：
显效25例，有效21例，总有效率92.00%；对照组：显效15例，有效14例，总有效率58.00%，两组患者总有效率比较有显著
性差异（P ＜0.05）。两组患者治疗前前列腺素E2（PGE2）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平组间比较，差异不具有统计学
意义（P ＞0.05），治疗后，观察组PGE2、IL-1β水平低于对照组，有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）。两组患者治疗前牙龈指数、
菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数组间比较，差异不具有统计学意义（P ＞0.05），治疗2周、4周后，观察组牙龈指数、菌斑指数、
龈沟出血指数低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。观察组总满意率96.00%，对照组为84.00%，两组患者外观总满意率比较，有显著性
差异（P ＜0.05）。结论：丁硼乳膏治疗在牙齿正畸固定矫正中出现的牙龈炎疗效显著，能够有效抑制患者口腔中的细菌增
加，提高患者对外观的满意度。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of boron cream on gingivitis patients gingival index plaque index and gingival
sulcus bleeding index in orthodontic treatment. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with gingivitis in orthodontic and
fixed orthodontic treatment in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2018 were selected for analysis. The patients were divided
into two groups: the control group was treated with general toothpaste and the observation group was treated with butylboron
cream. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 92.00%.Control
group 15 cases effective 14 cases, the total effective rate of 58.00%. Comparison of total effective rate between the two groups
(P ＜0.05).Comparison of pretreatment prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) levels between the two groups was not
statistically significant (P＞0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gingival index plaque
index gingival sulcus bleeding index before treatment (P ＞0.05). At 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment, the gingival index
plaque index gingival sulcus bleeding index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P ＜0.05).The
observation group was satisfied with 35 cases and 13 cases, with a total satisfaction of 96.00%.The control group was satisfied
with 28 cases and 14 cases, with a total satisfaction of 84.00%.Comparison of overall appearance satisfaction between the two
groups (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Boron cream has a significant effect in treating gingivitis in orthodontic treatment, which can
effectively inhibit the increase of bacteria in patients’ oral cavity and improve patients’ satisfaction with the appearance.
