[摘要]目的：探究延续护理对手烧伤整形患者的康复情况及生活质量的影响。方法：将笔者医院收治的72例手烧伤整
形患者随机分为观察组及对照组，每组36例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用延续性护理。比较两组患者依从性、
手部运动功能、生活质量及疗效等情况。结果：观察组患者的有效率为94.4%高于对照组的75.0%，差异具有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）。两组患者Fugl-Meyer运动评估(FMA)得分及腕关节背伸活动度均升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异具有统
计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组依从性及简明烧伤健康量表（BSHA-A）得分优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。
结论：针对手烧伤整形患者，延续护理能够提高依从性和生活质量，促进手部功能恢复，是一种有效的护理干预方式。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the influence on rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with hand plastic surgery after
burning using continuous nursing intervention. Methods 72 patients with hand plastic surgery after burning in the department
of general surgery from our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 36 cases in
each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention while the observation group received continuous nursing
intervention. The compliance, hand movement function, quality of life and the effective rate were compared between the two
groups. Results The effective rate in the observation group was 94.4 % and that in the control group was 75.0 %, there was
statistical difference between the two groups (P ＜0.05). The scores of Fugl Meyer motor assessment (FMA) and the degree of
wrist dorsiflexion in the two groups were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The compliance and the scores of
BSHA-A in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with hand
plastic surgery after burning, continuous nursing intervention can improve the degree of compliance and quality of life, and
promote the recovery of hand function, which is an effective nursing intervention method.
