[摘要]目的：探讨整形外科毛发移植专科护士的培训方法及临床实践效果。方法：笔者科室成立毛发移植护理专项小组，共8名成
员，分为两班次。对其进行毛囊提取、分离、植入理论技术的培训和考核。结果：培训实施期间共纳入就医者27例，所植毛
囊成活率达91.5%，满意率为100%，达到就医者的期望值，效果非常满意。结论：对整形外科毛发移植专科护士进行定向培
训可提高医护配合度，提高毛发移植的速度和质量，缩短手术时间，提高就医者满意度，但毛发移植专科护士的构建标准需
后续研究进一步探讨。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the training methods and clinical effects of hair transplantation specialist nurses in plastic
surgery department. Methods A special group of hair transplantation nursing was set up in the author’s department. There were
8 members in this group, which were divided into two shifts. Training and assessment of the theory and technology of hair
follicle extraction, separation and implantation were carried out. Results During the training period, 27 patients were enrolled.
The survival rate of hair follicles was 91.5% and the satisfaction rate was 100%. The results were very satisfactory. Conclusion
Directional training for specialist nurses of hair transplantation in plastic surgery department can improve the coordination
between doctors and nurses, speed and quality of hair transplantation, shorten the operation time and improve the satisfaction of
patients. However, the construction standard of specialist nurses of hair transplantation needs further study.
