[摘要]目的：探讨负压封闭引流技术（vacuum assisted closure，VAC)联合富血小板纤维蛋白（platelet-rich fibrin，
PRF）在巨大皮肤脓肿治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2016年1月-2018年9月在笔者科室住院治疗的巨大皮肤脓肿患者10例，
创面清创后采用负压封闭引流技术联合富血小板纤维蛋白治疗，促进创面及创周腔隙愈合，待创面明显改善后植皮封闭创
面。结果：10例患者经过清创、负压封闭引流及富血小板纤维蛋白治疗后感染均得到有效控制，肉芽组织生长良好，植皮后
皮片成活良好。随访3～6个月无复发。结论：负压封闭引流技术联合富血小板纤维蛋白治疗巨大脓肿清创后难愈性创面，疗
效确切，能明显减轻患者痛苦，缩短病程，值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of vacuum assisted closure (VAC) combined with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) in
the treatment of huge skin abscess. Methods 10 patients with huge skin abscess who were hospitalized from January 2016
to September 2018. After the debridement, VAC and PRF promotes wound healing and pericardial cavity healing, after the
wound recovery was significantly improved, the wound was repaired by skin grafting. Results 10 patients were treated with
debridement, VAC and PRF, the infection was effectively controlled. The granulation tissue grew well and the skin graft
survived well after skin grafting. There was no recurrence after 3-6 months of follow-up. Conclusion Vacuum assisted closure
combined with platelet-rich fibrin is effective in treating huge abscesses, which can significantly reduce the pain of patients and
shorten the course of disease, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
