[摘要]目的：探讨上睑联合筋膜鞘悬吊结合提上睑肌缩短术矫正中重度上睑下垂的临床效果。方法：选取2016年1月-2018
年5月笔者医院收治的中重度上睑下垂患者106例（113只眼），先天性或复发性中重度上睑下垂患者均采用上睑联合筋膜鞘
（CFS）悬吊同时行提上睑肌缩短的方法进行矫正。术后6～12个月随访，进行满意度调查。结果：随访6～12个月，患者术
后睁眼有力，眼睑及眼球活动自由协调。106例患者中99例满意、4例基本满意、3例不满意，满意率97.2%（103/106）。结
论：采用上睑联合筋膜鞘（CFS）悬吊结合提上睑肌缩短术矫正中重度上睑下垂，术后眼睑活动自如，重睑弧度自然，安全
可靠，并发症少。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of conjoint fascial sheath(CFS) combined with levator palpebrae muscle
shortening in the treatment of moderate and severe blepharoptosis. Methods 106 patients(113 eyes) with moderate and severe
blepharoptosis were selected from January 2016 to May 2018. The patients with congenital or recurrent blepharoptosis were
treated by conjoint fascial sheath combined with f levator palpebrae muscle shortening. The patients were followed up from
6 to 12 months after operation to investigate their satisfaction. Results The patients were followed up for 6-12 months after
the operation. To observe their eyes forcefully, and the eyelid and eyeball movements were freely coordinated. Among the 106
patients, 99 cases were satisfied, 4 cases were basically satisfied and 3 cases were not satisfied. The satisfaction rate was 97.2%
(103/106). Conclusion The conjoint fascial sheath(CFS) combined with levator palpebrae muscle shortening were used to
correct moderate and severe blepharoptosis. The eyelids moved freely, the double eyelids arc was natural, safe and reliable, and
the complications were few.
