[摘要]目的：研究1 540nm非剥脱点阵激光美容修复治疗眶周皱纹患者的疗效及其VISIA、SOFT的变化。方法：选择笔者医院
2017年12月-2018年10月诊治的142例眶周皱纹患者，遵照知情同意原则分为两组，每组71例。对照组：采用二氧化碳点阵激
光治疗；观察组：采用1 540nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗，比较两组的美容效果及VISIA、SOFT的变化。结果：观察组眶周皱纹
明显改善率为49.3%，显著高于对照组的32.4%，组间差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗前两组的VISIA、SOFT指标比
较，差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗后1、3个月，观察组VISIA、SOFT指标均优于对照组，组间差异有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率为8.5%，略低于对照组的12.7%，组间差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；观察组的患
者满意度为97.2%，明显高于对照组的83.1%，组间差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：1 540nm非剥脱点阵激光美容修复眶
周皱纹患者效果显著，能够改善患者的眶周皱纹以及眶周皮肤弹性和水分状况，并且具有较高的安全性和患者满意度。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the effect and VISIA, SOFT changes of periorbital wrinkle patients with cosmetic repair of 1
540 nm not stripped lattice laser. Methods 142 patients with periorbital wrinkle from December 2017 to October 2018 in our
hospital were selected and divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of informed consent, 71 cases in each
group, they were divided into two groups according to different treatment plans, 71 cases in each group, the control group was
treated with carbon dioxide laser, the observation group was treated with 1540 nm not stripped lattice laser, the cosmetic effect
and VISIA, SOFT changes of two groups were compared. Results The significant improvement rate of periorbital wrinkle of
observation group was 49.3%,it was significantly higher than 32.4% of control group, the difference between two groups was
statistically significant (P ＜0.05). There were no significant difference in the VISIA and SOFT indexes of two groups before
treatment (P ＞0.05); the VISIA and SOFT indexes of observation group were better than the control group at 1 and 3
months after treatment, the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The complication rate
of observation group was 8.5%, it was slightly lower than 12.7% of control group, there was no significant difference
between two groups (P＞0.05). The patient satisfaction of observation group was 97.2%, it was significantly higher than
83.1% of control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Cosmetic
repair of 1 540 nm not stripped lattice laser in the treatment of periorbital wrinkle has significant effect, it can improve the
patient’s periorbital wrinkles and periorbital skin elasticity and water status, and has high safety and patient satisfaction.
