[摘要]目的：分析颜面再发性皮炎患者的过敏原种类数情况及分布情况。方法：回顾性分析49例四川省人民医院皮肤科
2017年12月-2018年6月诊治的颜面再发性皮炎患者的过敏原皮肤点刺试验结果资料。结果：49例研究对象中，男女比例
0.065:1，平均年龄（32.31±11.21）岁。其中检出过敏原阳性的有26例，占53.06%。在食入性过敏原中检出率最高的为河
蟹，检出9例（18.37%），其次分别为海虾、小麦、鸡肉、马铃薯、蒜、辣椒、芹菜、菠萝、芒果。在吸入性过敏原中检
出率最高的为户尘螨和粉尘螨，检出均为16例（32.65%），其次分别为多价蚊虫、柳树花粉、油菜花粉、银杏花粉、狗
毛、羊毛、面包酵母、香烟、豚草花粉、枝状枝孢、黑曲霉、鸭毛、英国梧桐花粉。过敏原检出阳性数量最多的为5种及
以上，其次为3种和4种，检出率最低的为1种和2种。结论：户尘螨、粉尘螨、多价蚊虫、柳树花粉、河蟹、油菜花粉是颜
面再发性皮炎患者的主要致敏原，对此类患者进行常见变应原的检测可协助找出该病的诱发因素，对疾病的预防和治疗具
有重要意义。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze and summarize the distribution and variety numbers of allergens in patients with facial
recurrent dermatitis. Methods Reviewing and analyzing the results of allergen tests in 49 patients with facial recurrent
dermatitis of department of dermatology, Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital, from December 2017 to June 2018. Results 49
patients with facial recurrent dermatitis, male-female ratio was 0.065:1, and the average age was (32.31±11.21) years old. 26
patients were positive to one or more allergens, and the positive rate was 56.03%. River crabs lead nine of the forty-nine patients
to allergy, ranking first in the ingestive allergens, and the rate was 18.37%, followed by prawns, wheats, chickens, potatoes,
garlic, chilies, celery, pineapples and mangos. House dust mites and dust mites lead sixteen of the forty-nine patients to allergy,
both ranking first in the inhaled allergens, and the rate both were 32.65%, followed by multivalent mosquitoes, willow pollen,
oilseed rape pollen, gingko pollen, god hairs, wool, bread yeasts, cigarettes,ragweed pollen, cladosporium cladosporioides,
aspergillus niger, duck feathers and London plane pollen. The most one of variety numbers was five and more kinds, followed
by three kinds and four kinds, and the least ones were one kind and two kinds. Conclusion The mainly allergens of patients
with facial recurrent dermatitis consist of house dust mites, dust mites, multivalent mosquitoes, willow pollen, river crabs and
oilseed rape pollen. Allergen tests help to explore inducements of facial recurrent dermatitis, and are meaningful to prevention
and treatment of this disease.
