[摘要]目的：研究青少年不同矢状骨面型中，上颌后牙牙根与上颌窦底的位置关系，为临床上颌后牙正畸移动提供建议。方
法：使用锥形束CT（Cone beam computed tomography,CBCT）观察第一前磨牙、第二前磨牙、第一磨牙、第二磨牙与上颌窦
底的位置关系，并分类计分(0～3分)；对头颅侧位X线片进行测量分析，按照FMA角度将患者分为均角、高角和低角三组，探
究不同矢状骨面型组上颌后牙牙根尖与上颌窦底的位置关系。结果：均角、高角和低角骨面型的年龄分布差异无统计学意义
(P ＞0.05)。与均角和高角组相比，低角组第二磨牙牙根进入上颌窦腔内的数目相对较少，差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。
结论：相对于高角和均角患者，低角患者的第二磨牙牙根进入上颌窦腔内的数目较少。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between the roots of posterior teeth to the maxillary sinus in adolescents with
different sagittal facial patterns, and to provide suggestions for orthodontic movement of maxillary posterior teeth. Methods
CBCT was used to observe the relationship between the roots of first premolars, second premolars, first molars and second
molars and the maxillary sinus floor, and root-sinus type was recorded as 0-3. Lateral X-ray films were also explored.
According to FMA angle, patients were divided into three groups: normodivergent, hyperdivergent and hypodivergent. The
root-sinus type in different sagittal facial groups were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in age distribution
of normodivergent, hyperdivergent and hypodivergent groups (P ＞0.05). The number of second molar roots protruding the
maxillary sinus in the hypodivergent group was relatively less than that in the hyperdivergent group, and the difference was
statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The relationship between the roots of posterior teeth and the maxillary sinus in
adolescents is related to sagittal facial pattern. The distances between the roots of second molars and the maxillary sinus floor in
hypodivergent group were farther than those of normodivergent, hyperdivergent facial patterns.
