[摘要]目的：观察硫辛酸联合中药自拟方治疗女性黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：将70例女性黄褐斑患者随机分为两组，每组
35例。两组均予以中药汤剂口服治疗，每日2次，治疗组同时口服硫辛酸0.2g/d，共12周。按照黄褐斑面积及严重程度指数
(Melasma area severity index,MASI)评分，观察疗效及不良反应，并计算每组患者平均好转时间。结果：治疗组起效时
间2.03个月，对照组起效时间2.95个月，两组起效时间比较，有显著性差异，具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)；治疗组有效率
57.14%，对照组有效率34.29%，两组比较有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。结论：硫辛酸联合中药内服治疗女性黄褐斑可缩短起效
时间，提高治疗有效率。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of thioctic acid combined with Chinese medicine on the treatment of female
melasma. Methods 70 patients were randomly and equally divided into 2 groups, each group of 35 cases. The control group was
given only Chinese medicine and the treatment group was treated with thioctic acid (0.2g?d-1) combined with Chinese medicine,
perfomed for 12 weeds. According to melasma area and severity index (MASI) scores as the criterion of effect, the clinical
effect and adverse reactions were observed, and the average improvement time of each group was calculated. Results The
effective rate of the treatment group was 57.14%; and that of the control group was 34.29%, there was significant difference
between the two groups (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Thioctic acid combined with Chinese medicine can shorten the onset time and
promote the efficiency of female melasma.
